Celebrate the season of love with us by continuing our love for sharing! This year, we at Metro Box Cargo are more than ready to amp up our efforts in bringing joy to our kababayans.

The decade is ripe with opportunities for growth and development and as a company, we have always strived to do for our customers what other companies continually overlook in this industry. Check out our goals this 2020 and see how you can be a big part of it!

Build Stronger Relationships With Our Customers

We always have our customer’s best interest at heart—giving personalized and customized door-to-door service and guaranteeing that they are satisfied with our dependable and reliable staff is our specialty.

Metro Box Cargo understands that each box sent home is more than just a set of material things bought with cold, hard cash. They symbolize months of hard work, thoughtfulness, love, and care. These carefully put-together boxes are the ultimate symbol of love and generosity for family members abroad and that is why we’re willing to go the extra mile for you.

Our services include door-to-door delivery for balikbayan boxes not only for kababayans and returning residents, but also for tourists who would like to avoid excess baggage fees when traveling, delivery of products for online shoppers, businesses or organizations, container shipments, loose cargo shipments, odd-sizes shipments, vehicle shipments, and more. Expand Our Reach

Metro Box Cargo’s top priority has been to provide exceptional service to Filipinos living in the San Francisco Bay Area. But why stop there?

This 2020, we aim to widen our scope within California to cater to more families and serve our beloved customers better. You can be a big help by sharing our quality of service to extended family and peers! We currently operate and provide forwarding services over the whole San Francisco Bay Area:

That is the San Francisco Peninsula, Eastbay, Southbay, Northbay to Tracy, Stockton, and Elk Grove, and the Greater Los Angeles Area, Modesto to Merced area.

We also have a new branch opening in Tracy, CA which will be covering the following areas:

• Lathrop
• Manteca
• Stockton
• Lodi
• Modesto
• Elk Grove

Our kababayans inspire us every day with their commitment to achieving goals. We’d love to follow their example by aiming just as high. And who knows? MBC could span out across the neighboring states within the next few years!

Become Closer With Our Metro Box Cargo Family

We care for our customers and their hard work but just as importantly, we care about the people within our company as well. These hard-working men and women are the foundation of the high-quality service we’re most proud of. An important goal for our company is to make sure they’re well taken care of and they get the recognition they deserve.

The start of this decade is just as much for our MBC family as it is for everyone else. We wish to let them know that we care deeply about not just their physical well-being, but also their mental health as well. And we hope our beloved customers would, too. So the next time you see one of our own delivering a package at your doorstep, we hope you would offer them a warm smile!

Extend Our Arms to Those In Need

One of Metro Box Cargo’s goals for this year is to give back to the community and offer a helping hand. We believe in undertaking corporate social responsibility and thanks to our beloved customers, MBC has grown substantially since its humble beginnings in 2013. What better way to show love this season than to hold an outreach for the less fortunate—or better yet, aid a greater cause!

The beginning of this decade gives us countless opportunities to do our part for the community. In recent times, our kababayans back in the Philippines have experienced the loss of their livelihoods, the death of loved ones, and displacement from their homes all from the eruption of the Taal Volcano. Fortunately, the worst has passed and the majority of the affected families have returned to their homes.

Impending calamities, poverty, climate change, environmental and animal welfare, social injustice—the list goes on. We look to the future with open arms and a passion to help create a better world for our kababayans.

Also, feel free to reach out to us by mail at metroboxcargo@gmail.com if you think we can be a part of something big as well. We’d love to hear your ideas and suggestions. Love isn’t only presented in a closed and neatly wrapped package, but with an open heart, too.
